The most annoying thing in the world

Its a great app all around and definitely tends to be a bit more difficult than the average chess player would want for an easy setting, but the one crucially dissatisfying thing about this app is that you can move a piece by sliding from it to a space. I cannot even begin to think about how many times I have the computer in the bag and accidentally swipe a piece to a square that I did not intend to only to have he computer check mate me in the next turn giving me no chance to undo it. Swiping a piece to the desired square is so much more difficult why is that even a setting and why can you not turn it off.....
